A new single family residential community within the City of Tumwater. The Preserve at Tumwater Place consists of 599 lots on 164.74 acres constructed over 4 Divisions. Hatton Godat Pantier has been involved from early project planning through construction and final platting. Services included site surveying and boundary mapping, land use planning and permitting, civil engineering design, construction support and construction staking. Project amenities include dedicated open space and recreation tracts.
Such a range of services is not unique. However, what is singular about Hatton Godat Pantier is that our portfolio reflects our continuing commitment to bring each project to its optimum development.
